Leading SAFe®
The 2-day course Leading SAFe® provides an introduction to the Scaled Agile Framework at an enterprise level.
Learning objectives
On the course, you will gain an overall understanding of what SAFe is, how SAFe complements your business agility and how you can drive an agile transformation using SAFe. You will get the following benefits from the course:

- How to establish team and technical agility, as well as organize around value streams.
- How to align the organization around clear common goals.
- How to participate successfully in critical SAFe events, such as PI Planning.
- How to implement and scale SAFe
Target audience
The course is for you who have or will have a leading role in your agile organization. You can be a director, department manager, agile coach, project or program manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner or similar who needs to know something in general about the SAFe framework. There are no prerequisites for participating in the course, but we recommend that you have a general understanding of Scrum or other agile methods.
Course format & exam format
In 2 intensive days, you will be taught the subjects included in the exam. The course contains both theoretical review, practical exercises and discussions. There will generally be high participant activity.
Eksamensform
The exam is completed independently up to 30 days after the course. The exam takes place online without aids on Scaled Agile’s platform. There are also extra materials and mock exams that you can use to prepare for the exam. The exam is a multiple choice (1 answer) and multiple select (multiple answers) exam with 45 questions, of which you must get 35 correct to pass. You have 90 minutes to complete the exam.
The course is offered in collaboration with Safe Jouney.
