SAFe® for Teams

Offered only as a company course

The 2-day course SAFe® for teams provides an introduction to how several agile teams can collaborate and coordinate to deliver a unified solution in an Agile Release Train (ART).

Learning objectives

In the course, you get an overall understanding of what SAFe is, how an agile team functions within an ART, as well as how to collaborate and create value with other teams within the ART. You will get the following benefits from the course:

Understanding of the entire SAFe® framework
Gain an understanding of the roles in the team
Gain an understanding of the team’s role in relation to the ART
You know how to plan and execute iterations and Program Increments PIs
You know how to make continuous improvements.

Target audience

The course is aimed at all roles in an agile team or for those who have contact with the agile teams. You can be a business analyst, developer, Tester, Scrum Master or Product Owner. It is an advantage to have basic knowledge of general agile methods.

Course format & exam format

In 2 intensive days, you will be taught the subjects included in the exam. The course contains both theoretical review, practical exercises and discussions. There will generally be high participant activity.

Exam format

The exam is completed independently up to 30 days after the course. The exam takes place online without aids on Scaled Agile’s platform. There are also extra materials and mock exams that you can use to prepare for the exam. The exam is a Multiple Choice (1 answer) and Multiple select (multiple answers) exam with 45 questions, of which you must get 35 correct to pass. You have 90 minutes to complete the exam.

The course is offered in collaboration with Safe Jouney.
