This course “TMAP: Quality for cross-functional teams” provides you, as a member of a cross-functional team such as a DevOps or Scrum team, with the necessary knowledge and skills to:
- Build quality into your IT system that goes beyond classic dynamic and static testing.
- Have confidence that the expected business value can be achieved.
- Establish quality goals for IT deliverables.
- Understand total quality costs and develop relevant indicators and reporting.
- Handle various test variants and methods.
Target audience
The course is designed to accommodate a wide range of participants such as project managers, developers, testers, and leaders with different backgrounds and experiences in IT delivery and quality management. The aim is to equip them with the necessary tools and skills to succeed in agile environments.
It is recommended that participants have a basic understanding of IT development and are familiar with the Agile Manifesto.
Course format & exam format
The course spans 3 days, covering the curriculum. Our course is characterized by a high level of individual activity as all theory is supplemented with examples and assignments. You are expected to spend a few hours on evening work during the course and an additional 5-15 hours before taking the exam. It is also recommended to read the material before the course, which is expected to take 5-10 hours.
Exam Format
The exam for TMAP: Quality for cross-functional teams is an online multiple-choice exam with 30 questions in 60 minutes. You must answer at least 66% of the questions correctly to pass.
